Your task as research participant:
You document various aspects of the quality of the delivery in your Ipsos Mail Monitor.
During the course of a project, you as the recipient of test letters will regularly check the contents of your mail box and update the status of the delivery online. This will take a maximum of five minutes for you.
As a sender of letters or parcels you will post the test mail on a designated date and place (a mailbox or service center) and notify us when you have done so.
All these tasks will be discussed with you beforehand.

Why is it important that I check my mail box daily and report the date on Ipsos Mail Monitor?
We need the dates of sending and receiving the letter or parcel in order to calculate the amount of time the delivery took.
This is an important measure of the quality standard to which postal services have committed themselves with regard to their clients and the National Regulating Authorities.
Incorrect data falsifies the results.
What do I do if my PC or internet is not working?
Please infom us about this so we know why we do not receive any data from you.
Why do you need my current address?
We need your correct and complete address in order to relate the data you collected for us to delivery areas. For some projects, we also need your address to send you test mail.
Any rewards selected from our gift shop will be sent to the same address unless otherwise stated.
We assure you that none of your personal details will be used for any other purposes and will not be passed on to third parties.
Why do you need my e-mail address?
We will use your e-mail address in order to communicate with you and to send you your log in details for the Ipsos Mail Monitor.
We assure you that we will not be using your e-mail address for any other purposes nor pass it on to third parties.
Why do you need my telephone number?
Sometimes, problems arise that are easier to solve on the phone. For these rare cases we would like to be able to call you during the day.
We assure you that we will not be using your phone number for any other purposes nor pass it on to third parties.
What do I do when I am going on holiday?
Please inform us about the dates of your absence so we do not send you any test mail and wait for your data during this period. You can do this in your online portal.
Can I still participate in MM-projects when I move places?
We will check our need for participants in your new area and invite you to participate again in our research as soon as possible.
Please do not register anew but simply change your address settings in your online portal.
